Trend Suite Fashion Trend Membership Terms (Innovator Elite).
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or applying for Innovator Elite Trend Membership.

Key membership terms

Innovator Elite is a digital membership giving access to Trend Suite forecasts, resources and member-only content.

Individual Innovator Elite plans are recurring memberships and renew automatically according to the selected billing term unless cancelled.

Innovator Elite Individual includes one named user login only. Login details must not be shared across teams, departments, external partners or wider company groups.

Innovator Elite Team Access is available separately as a 12-month company licence for approved named users. Team Access does not renew automatically; renewal is arranged manually at the end of the access period.

Digital membership purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law. You may cancel future renewal of an individual recurring membership, but cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current active membership term. Access continues until the end of the paid term.

Materials are for internal business, design, research and collection development use only and must not be copied, resold, published, redistributed or shared with unauthorised users.

1. Application of terms and conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to Trend Suite Innovator Elite Membership plans operated by Tiffany Hill Studio Limited. By purchasing, applying for or using Innovator Elite Trend Membership, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 These Terms should be read alongside our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available on our website: www.tiffanyhill.co.uk.

1.3 If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organisation, “you” includes the company, its officers, employees and authorised users. You are responsible for ensuring all users comply with these Terms.

2. Innovator Elite Trend Membership
2.1 There are three individual Innovator Elite membership plans: Annual, 6-Month and Quarterly. Each plan renews automatically at the end of its selected billing term unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 We may refuse membership at our discretion and are not required to provide a reason.

2.3 Your membership gives access to selected Trend Suite forecasts, resources, directories, CAD tools and other member-only materials, depending on the content available during your membership term.

2.4 You agree to keep your login details and password confidential. You must not share your account with any third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account.

2.5 We aim to keep member content available throughout your membership term, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable if content is temporarily unavailable, corrupted, deleted or otherwise inaccessible due to technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

2.6 Materials provided through Innovator Elite are for trend guidance, inspiration and information only. They do not constitute business, legal, financial or professional advice.

3. Innovator Elite Team Access

3.1 Innovator Elite Team Access is a separate 12-month company licence for brands, studios and product teams requiring access for multiple approved named users.

3.2 Team Access is arranged manually by enquiry and payment link. It is not a recurring subscription unless expressly agreed in writing.

3.3 Team Access is available for the number of named users agreed at purchase. Each named user must use their own login. Login details must not be shared with wider teams, departments, external partners, freelancers, consultants or additional company users.

3.4 You are responsible for providing accurate names and email addresses for approved team users. Access may take up to 24 hours to set up after payment and receipt of the required user details.

3.5 If a named user leaves your company or no longer requires access, you may request a replacement named user during the active Team Access period. We may approve reasonable user changes at our discretion.

3.6 Team Access runs for 12 months from the date access is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing. It does not renew automatically. Renewal is arranged manually at the end of the access period.

3.7 Team Access fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

3.8 We may suspend or terminate Team Access immediately if login details are shared, access is misused, materials are distributed to unauthorised users, or these Terms are otherwise breached.

4. Programme
4.1 Trend forecasts, resources and member updates will be provided on an ongoing basis via the Innovator Elite member area and/or email.

4.2 Content may be added, updated, replaced or removed at our discretion.

4.3 We do not guarantee a fixed number of new releases during any specific membership term unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Payment
5.1 The total price payable is shown at checkout or on the relevant order form. Any applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase.

5.2 By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorise us or our payment provider to take recurring payments automatically according to your selected billing term.

5.3 Annual memberships renew every 12 months. 6-Month memberships renew every 6 months. Quarterly memberships renew every 3 months.

5.4 If your first membership term was purchased using a promotional code or discounted rate, your renewal may revert to the standard membership price unless otherwise stated.

5.5 If payment is not received when due, we may suspend or terminate your membership access until payment is made.

5.6 All membership payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Our obligations
6.1 We will provide the Innovator Elite membership with reasonable care and skill.

6.2 We endeavour to keep information accurate and up to date, but fashion trend forecasting involves interpretation and forward-looking analysis. We do not guarantee commercial results, sales performance or specific business outcomes.

6.3 We are not responsible for decisions made by you based on the materials provided.

6.4 We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights in Trend Suite materials, forecasts, resources, CAD files, directories, written content, visuals, frameworks and member-only content remain owned by or licensed to Tiffany Hill Studio Limited.

7.2 Your membership gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for internal business, design, research and collection development purposes only.

7.3 You must not copy, reproduce, publish, share, sell, licence, distribute, upload, transfer or make available any membership materials to any third party.

7.4 Individual Innovator Elite membership is licensed to one named user only. The named user may use the materials internally for business, design, research and collection development purposes, but must not distribute, forward, upload or share full materials, downloads, login details or member-only content with other employees, departments, external partners, freelancers, consultants or third parties.

7.5 Team Access permits approved named users within the purchasing company or organisation to access and use the materials for internal business, design, research and collection development purposes. Materials must not be shared with anyone outside the approved named users unless we have given prior written consent.

7.6 You must not resell, repackage, teach from, publish, upload, transfer, distribute or commercially exploit the materials in any form.

7.7 You must not record, screenshot, copy or reproduce any part of the member area for resale, redistribution or public sharing.

7.8 This Intellectual Property section survives termination or expiry of your membership.

8. Term and termination
8.1 Your membership begins when your purchase is completed and access is granted.

8.2 Your membership runs for the selected billing term: Annual, 6-Month or Quarterly.

8.3 You may cancel your membership to prevent future renewal. Cancellation does not refund the current active membership term.

8.4 Access continues until the end of the paid term unless your membership is terminated earlier due to breach of these Terms.

8.5 If you cancel before the end of your paid term, you will continue to have access until the current term expires. No partial refunds are issued.

8.6 Your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. This automatic renewal clause applies to individual recurring memberships only. Team Access does not renew automatically unless expressly agreed in writing.

8.7 We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse materials, share login details, fail to pay fees, or act in a way that may damage Trend Suite or Tiffany Hill Studio Limited.

8.8 On termination or expiry, your access to the member area and materials will end. Any clauses intended to survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Liability and General clauses, will continue to apply.

9. Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the membership or materials.

9.2 Our total liability in connection with the membership shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant membership term.

9.3 We are not liable for delays, interruptions or failure to provide access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.

10. General
10.1 By purchasing Innovator Elite, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

• you are at least 18 years old;

• all information provided by you is true, accurate and not misleading.

10.2 You may not transfer your membership, rights or obligations to another person or organisation without our written consent.

10.3 We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the member area.

10.4 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

10.5 Failure by us to enforce any right under these Terms does not mean we waive that right.

10.6 Communication with you will mainly be electronic. We may contact you by email or through notices on our website or member area.

10.7 These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Returns Policy
The following items are digital membership products and are final sale:

Trend Suite Innovator Elite Membership Plans — Annual, 6-Month and Quarterly.

Membership plans may be cancelled to prevent future renewal, but no refund will be issued for the current active membership term. Access continues until the end of the paid term unless the membership is terminated for breach of these Terms.

​Trend Suite Innovator Elite Individual Membership Plans — Annual, 6-Month and Quarterly — and Innovator Elite Team Access licences are digital membership products and are final sale once access has been granted, except where required by law.
