By accessing this website, purchasing a fashion trend forecast, downloading a digital resource, joining Innovator Elite membership or using Innovator Elite Team Access, you agree to the terms set out in this Copyright Notice.

Trend Suite materials

Tiffany Hill Studio Limited owns, or is licensed to use, the intellectual property rights in Trend Suite materials, including fashion trend forecasts, reports, written analysis, layouts, resources, CAD files, design tools, downloads, graphics, branding, website content and member-only materials.

These materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, share, upload, distribute, resell, teach from, circulate or commercially exploit any Trend Suite materials without prior written permission from Tiffany Hill Studio Limited or the appropriate rights owner.

Purchased forecasts, downloads and Innovator Elite membership materials are provided for internal business, design, research and collection development use only.

Individual purchases and individual Innovator Elite memberships are licensed to the purchasing customer or named user only. They must not be shared with wider teams, departments, external partners, freelancers, consultants or third parties.

Innovator Elite Team Access materials may be used only by the approved named users included in the active Team Access licence. Materials must not be shared with anyone outside those approved named users unless prior written permission has been given.

Trend Suite materials must not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, published, made publicly available, used in paid teaching or training, or repackaged into any other commercial product, service, presentation, report, platform or resource.

Trend forecast images

Tiffany Hill Studio Limited does not claim ownership of every image included within Trend Suite forecasts.

Our reports may include curated runway, editorial, product, brand, designer, cultural or visual references used for trend analysis, commentary, education, criticism, review and internal research context.

Where possible, images are credited with source references, brand names, designer names or other identifying information. Customers are encouraged to carry out further research before using any referenced imagery in their own commercial work.

Images included within Trend Suite forecasts are provided for inspiration, research and internal reference only. They are not supplied for reproduction, resale, advertising, marketing, social media, product packaging or commercial use by the customer.

Customers must not extract, copy, reproduce, publish, post, distribute or commercially use third-party images included within Trend Suite forecasts unless they have obtained the appropriate rights or permissions from the relevant rights owner.

Unauthorised use

Any unauthorised copying, sharing, resale, redistribution, public posting, login sharing or commercial use of Trend Suite materials may result in access being removed and further action being taken.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe materials, downloads, member-only content or login details have been misused or shared with unauthorised users.
