What format are the trend books?
All trend books are A4, multi-page PDFs in landscape format for easy use. Many resources include editable files in Word or Excel, and Innovator Elite CAD downloads are also provided as AI or EPS files.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our trend books, we don’t offer refunds on membership plans. But we’re always happy to help with any issues — just reach out to us anytime.

Longer plans offer the biggest savings. Each plan renews automatically but you can cancel anytime. (Monthly membership is a 3-month minimum commitment).
Can I cancel my Trend Suite Subscription?
Yes! You’re free to cancel the Annual, Bi-Annual and Quarterly plans whenever you like — just log into your account and select “Cancel Plan.” Our Monthly plan has a minimum commitment of 3-months, after that you may cancel at any time.
Your access continues until the end of your current term, so you won’t lose any downloads or insights until then.
Is Trend Suite VAT applicable?
Currently, UK law means digital downloads like ours are VAT-free. In the future, we may need to collect VAT for additional services — but you can claim your subscription as a business expense and receive a formal invoice.
