Yes — you can download forecasts during your paid membership. If you cancel, access to the platform ends when your term ends, so make sure you download anything you want to keep before your term finishes. Any downloads you made while paid are yours to keep.

You have access for the length of the plan you choose (Quarterly, Bi-Annual, or Yearly). All plans auto-renew unless cancelled. If you cancel, your access stays active until the end of your current paid term.

Yes — you can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan will not renew, and you’ll keep access until the end of your current term.

Because this is a digital membership with immediate access to downloadable content, we don’t offer refunds for any term already paid. If you have an access issue, email us and we’ll help.

No — there’s no VAT on our UK digital products. VAT won’t be added to your receipt or invoice. You’ll receive a receipt/invoice for your records, and you may be able to claim this as a business expense.

No — your renewal rate stays the same as when you joined, even if prices rise later, as long as you keep your membership active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you’ll rejoin at the new current rate.
