What happens after I purchase?

After purchase, you will receive a short intake form to complete. This gives us the context needed to review your brand, current direction and collection focus. Once your completed form is received, your audit begins.

How long does delivery take?

Your written audit will be delivered within 7–10 working days of receiving your completed intake form. If you have selected Trend Direction Audit + Advisory, the advisory call will be arranged by email after delivery.

Is this a custom forecast?

No. Trend Advisory is not a bespoke trend forecast. It is a diagnostic review designed to assess your current collection direction, identify what is holding it back and provide expert recommendations on what to do next.

Can I ask questions or receive follow-up support?

Trend Advisory is designed to be focused and contained. If you choose Trend Direction Audit + Advisory, your follow-up questions can be discussed during the 60-minute call. If you purchase the audit-only option, the written recommendations are designed to give you clear next steps without ongoing back-and-forth. Any further support would need to be arranged separately.

Do you offer refunds?
