Robert Wun's future nature
The SS 2023 collection from Robert Wun harmonises the natural and technologically futuristic. Featuring billowing pleats and bursts of ruffles, the operatic garments reference birding or watching avian creatures in their habitats, an outdoor activity that today is sometimes supplanted by digital viewing opportunities.
The collection evokes the graceful, voluptuous silhouettes of swans, cranes and crows through full skirts erupting like wings mid-flight or pant legs that fall like feathers at rest. 3D printed titanium jewellery augments the bird-like aesthetic, with single feathers structuring sculptural eyepieces.

Paola Pivi pearl art
Pivi's canvases covered with thousands of strings of pearls. The installation on display is one of Pivi's most ambitious to date. Each of the 20 separate compositions on display at the Galleria Massimo De Carlo, is composed with thousands of delicate fresh water pearls, luminous and ranging in subtle shades of colour.
"Call me anything you want" is a jewel enlarged to macroscopic proportions and revolves around the concept of power and accumulation, united with the idea of luxury and understood as a slow unfolding of energy.
